RAK HEAVYLIFT TRAINING is an operating division of POLITIRI AVIATION HOLDINGS tci Ltd, an established GLOBAL Aviation Human Resources company.

Politiri Aviation Holdings tci Ltd, through its Human Resources arm, MAKE IT FLY Aviation Personnel, experienced phenomenal growth and activity post 911 in Human Resource engagement, specifically recruiting and outplacement. Primary growth was from the CONTRACT operations, flight crew leasing, but also cabin attendant assignments.

Additionally, due to our expertise and the wealth of industry knowledge and ability we have in our talent pool, consulting services relative to company and facilities re-organization, human resource outplacement, equipment acquisition and facilities setup, became an integral part of our operations.

911 and the new millennium brought about new directions within the aviation industry; from the types of aircraft used, routes flown, security, operating costs etc... Personnel costs inherently take up one of the top positions in overhead. Recognizing this, air carriers elected to engage contractors to fill the demand for extra personnel in peak travel seasons, to cover for staff shortages in holiday seasons, and to accommodate short term needs.

We maintain a database of over 3500 active pilots as well as 390 flight attendants, AME, dispatchers, flight planners and managment types. Our database is continually updated to ensure that the most up to date information on each individual is readily available, and that we can react to your needs in the shortest possible time frame.
